- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping provider.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
